We need your views!

Wednesday, December 16th, 2009
The open space by Costcutters on the corner of Elgin Avenue and Harrow Road used to be known as the Prince of Wales Junction…. Now its looking beautiful and hosting a lovely market, we think it needs a bit of a name change. We’d like to standardise the way we refer to the area around the market so everyone knows where events and opportunities are taking place – and we need your help!

Please give us your views below….

Harrow Road Gardening Club

Thursday, July 9th, 2009

Have you got green fingers ?

We are looking for keen gardeners to volunteer in the community to launch the Harrow Road Gardening Club Project which will involve doing some gardening in people houses when they can’t anymore look after them or communal areas across the ward. You will have also the opportunity to gain some qualifications in Horticulture or to get credit  for your skill in the TimeBank Scheme which will be operational soon.So if you would like to be involved and make a difference where you live, please contact Linda at Harrow Road Partnership on 0208 968 5543 or email me at Linda.Mokrane@ghg.org.uk.

This project is funded through the Ward Councillors budget and managed jointly by HRNP and Groundwork UK.
