Up to March 31st 2011 this website was run by Harrow Road Neighbourhood Partnership. It is now moving to community ownership, coordinated by Westminster Artisans (The social Enterprise which runs Maida Hill Market and Maida Hill Place). Chippenham Junction Clean Up
